This is bonkers! We got Takaya Kuroda, you know, Kiryu from Like a Dragon! We didn’t even dream to ask for him, he just turned up to the audition like that was a normal thing to do.

Ayano Shibuya (Zelda Breath of the Wild & Tears of the Kingdom – Purah):

Voicing Kaso-Machi’s number 1 assistant manager and chaos goblin with a heart of gold, Pinky☆. She has previously played Purah in

The man, the myth, the legend. I’ll tell you what, we think that Deadly Premonition is a masterpiece, so we asked Dead Prem director SWERY to do God’s work as our reformed, ex-biker-gang-member priest, Kannushi-kun!

A whole week of new indie games, including us!

The indie streaming extravaganza that is Yogscast Tiny Teams begins today, running until 15 August, and we’re very happy to say we’ve been chosen as part of this year’s lineup!

Tune in all week and you’ll see a ton of awesome indie games – if you’re lucky, you’ll catch Promise Mascot Agency being streamed live! Of course, once we’re shown, we’ll let you all know so you can go back and check it out if you missed it.

We’ve created a brand new build of the game for the show, with tons of improvements, including:

• Improvements to the map, including allowing players to place a marker – get lost no longer!
• New Mascot Life Satisfaction events
• Improved UI
• Improved truck suspension
• Improved the Pinky Launcher
• Balanced the mascot job share and bonuses
• Lighting improvements
• A new music track
• Lots of optimisation
• Fixing over 130 bugs!

In fact, we’re so happy with how the game is coming along, we’re planning on creating a public demo before the game launches. Keep an eye out!

Promise Mascot Agency, explained! Boy, that narrator sure does sound familiar…

We’ve just released a massive deep dive video checking out a variety of things in Promise Mascot Agency! Excited for the game? Like what you see but don’t understand any of it? No idea where you are or what a video game is? All of the above? Our new video is for you!

The backstory of our hero Michi, the process of hiring mascots, the dangers of work and the mystery of a deadly curse are just a few things touched on in the new video. Additionally, eagle-eyed viewers will be able to spot some newly-revealed mascots and characters. Is that a bat with a pickaxe?

As the first (and best) example of an Open World Mascot Management Crime Drama game, we’re sure you have questions about what that actually means. Hopefully today’s video clears up some of that confusion. Not too much, though – Promise Mascot Agency will have plenty of strangeness and mystery to uncover upon release.
